At a private outdoor event, Meowtha and her crew constructed a King Tut’s Tomb -inspired structure, containing a bedazzled sarcophagus-esque trash can, inscriptions describing a terrible curse that will befall those who leave their trash in places they shouldn’t, and a blank wall with instructions for event participants to write their most egregious trash sins and beg the Cursed Trash Can for atonement.

In addition to the tomb installment, Meowtha and her crew wandered the event picking up wayward trash and recyclables, dressed as cartoonish archaeologists and using archaeological tools such as a sifter, brushes, magnifying glasses, and other implements, to create a show of the process of cleaning up the party and encourage participants to notice and interact with the waste they left behind.
