I co-wrote “Donnie Speaks” with one other writer for an immersive theater event where two very different candidates ran in an election for leader of a fictional post-apocalyptic world.
“Donnie Speaks” was the concession speech of the losing candidate: an overly-serious, authoritarian-leaning plastic decoy duck named Donnie. It was performed live by a voice actor for an audience of over 1000 people.
